Returns
  • Upon receiving your purchase and inspecting it, if you are unsatisfied, please let us know. You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your purchase to notify us that you would like to return any or all items you received.
  • To be eligible for a return, any product you return must be unused and in the same condition you received it.
  • Buyer will incur return shipping charges unless item(s) being returned are damaged or incorrect.
  • Once your return shipment has been received, we will inspect it and notify you. When your return is approved, we will proceed, at your request, with sending replacements, exchanging for products of lesser or same value, issuing store credit, or processing a refund.
Refunds
  • If your return has been approved and you wish to receive a refund, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
  • You will receive the credit within a few days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
