ORDER PROCESSING TIME

  • Most continental U.S. orders placed before 12PM CST will ship same day or within 48-96 hours of ordering (Orders placed after 12PM CST will process next day).
    We ship most continental U.S. orders 7 days a week.
  • For Canadian orders, we ship once a week on Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday.
  • Time in transit (also known as “Delivery Window” below) does not include actual day the package leaves our facility.

  • For shipping to the continental U.S. and the 10 Canadian provinces: Fast Flat-rate Shipping of $9.99
  • Orders over $79 after discounts and before shipping and taxes are eligible for free shipping within the continental U.S. and the 10 Canadian provinces.
  • Orders totaling $1000 or more are not eligible for free shipping and shipping rates vary based on order size and will calculate during checkout. Please contact customer service for further assistance.
  • For shipping outside the continental U.S. and the 10 Canadian provinces, shipping rates vary based on order size and will calculate during checkout.
  • Free Shipping is Not applicable for orders outside the 48 states or the 10 Canadian provinces.
  • Free Shipping is Not applicable for gift cards, as they are delivered electronically, or 500 Hit-A-Way Golf Balls.
Expedited Shipping (Two-Day and Standard Overnight)
  • Shipping rate varies based on order size and will be calculated during checkout.
  • Delivery for Expedited Shipping only occurs Monday through Friday.
  • We are currently not accepting any walk in customers to our Sugarland location due to COVID-19 precautions. Please continue shopping on our website as we continue to accept online orders.

    Lostgolfballs.com ships to Canada via Fedex. You will receive an initial email with a tracking number. This number is the pallet shipment. You will then receive a second email with your package tracking number. This tracking number will not be updated until the pallet has reached the Canadian Distribution center. If you click on the tracking number it will say “label created”.


    • Orders will be shipped every Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday
    • Orders can take up to 6-12 business day to reach its destination

    • Any duties, tariffs or fees imposed (if any) by your government or local tax or customs agency on Fedex Shipped Orders will be calculated at the time of purchase and will take approximately 10-14 business days.

    • Hawaii, Alaska, PO Box, APO, DPO, FPO Puerto Rico, Guam, and US Virgin Islands will all be shipped by FedEx SmartPost and will take approximately 10-14 business days.
    • Items are shipped the next business day after payment.
